The DuBay Band  'Peter'

Peter Bellm
Bass Guitar
Kilbride, On. Can.

Enjoys: Boating, skiing, open wheel car racing, traveling

Born in England, Peter moved to Canada with his family in 1966 settling in Port Credit (soon after to become Mississauga). A love of music started early being influenced by older cousins and the exploding pop music wave in England. This led Peter to develop an interest in learning to play guitar as a pre-teen. At the age of 15, after discovering amongst his musician friends a great demand for bass players, Peter switched to the instrument he was destined to play. Always playing for fun and the love of music, his style developed through playing with a series of formal rock bands and less formal jam bands. Musical tastes are varied; from classical to classic rock, progressive rock to jazz, and a recent love for the blues.
After three and a half years of business school at Northwood University in Michigan, Peter followed a family tradition and immersed himself in the retail automotive industry. Residing in rural Burlington with his wife Linda and their children Melissa, Sean and Winston (the family dog), combined with musical and non-musical interests, life is never boring.
Peter's ambition is to keep the enthusiasm alive and play to a ripe old age.
